The online games will cause some problems to the society. For example, youth will be affected by the plot in RuneScape. But in the real world, they also want to control persons around them, which will change the good thing into violence in the real world.

Basically, the game will not destroy your ability to think. But, you know, do not always be online, multi-faceted development of what your interest is still very good. And the RS gold is not your only interest in the life.
